Slide As each year passes, JSF is progressing faster than ever! The year 2022 welcomed our new fabrications sector of the business ‘JSF Fabrications’ in Norton Canes, a short drive away from JSF Stainless in Brownhills. The decision to start maximising our potential of a company starts here, allowing us to take on more work, while working in a new site which has been adapted to suit our work place requirements. The new site allows us to offer a full fabrication and assembly service, including expert Tig and Mig welding which is completed at our new site in Norton canes. The new site boasts 3 MIG bays, 1 TIG bay along with a fabrication and finishing bay. The current capacity along with high-specification machines allows us as a company to offer:

Design and Prototyping
Welding/ Fabrications
Folding (Press braking)
Drilling/ Cutting
Riveting & Rivnuts
Finishing (Powder coating, Electroplating and more..)

Our welding, fabrication and assembly services allow us to manufacture and supply you with a full project, from conception to delivery with all components produced in house, saving you time and money.

We work in a wide range of materials, specialising in stainless steel and nickel alloys allowing us to produce a variety of jobs. We have completed many projects for customers in the automotive, retail and renewable energy sources industries.

We offer a repair service for items that may be chipped, damaged or broken, our skilled welders will be able to assess the damage and find a suitable method of repair to ensure that the work not only functions as it should, but also looks brand new.
